Our Core Promise

CreatorDocuments is built on a simple principle: your data never leaves your browser. Every document you create is generated entirely client-side using JavaScript. No form data, document content, or personal information is ever sent to our servers, stored in a database, or shared with third parties.

What We Do Not Collect

  • Names, email addresses, or contact information
  • Document content (invoices, contracts, NDAs, etc.)
  • Uploaded files (logos, PDFs for signing)
  • Payment or financial information
  • IP addresses for tracking purposes

We do not require account creation, login, or any form of registration. There is no user database.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled to understand general usage patterns such as which tools are most popular and how visitors find our site. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. These analytics do not capture any document content or personal information you enter into our tools.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by using a browser extension such as Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies

CreatorDocuments uses a minimal number of cookies:

  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*): Used for anonymous usage analytics. These expire after 2 years.
  • Cookie consent preference: Stored in your browser's localStorage to remember your cookie choice. This is not a cookie itself.

No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies are used.

Local Storage

Some tools use your browser's localStorage to save preferences (such as invoice history or recurring templates) for your convenience. This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

Children's Privacy

CreatorDocuments is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
